Student Technology Support
If you are having issues with the Google Classroom App or other Google Apps such as Docs, remember you can access those sites through a web browser as well. Open Chrome and search for classroom.google.com or docs.google.com, etc.
Canvas Issues at Home
Here are some steps we would like you to try at home with your ipad to fix the Canvas App issue.
- Restart iPad
- Double tap home button and swipe up to close all apps
- Settings>Scroll until you see the Student app (canvas) on the left side and select it
- Tap on the toggle switch to the right of “Reset cache on next launch” to turn it on.
- Open canvas student app
- Find my school: tcsk12
- Login in with student account
